Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the images.
Additionally contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a legend labelling different parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
